Dogs everywhere. I bitch about this on the regular. I love dogs. They\u2019re sweet and fun and as long as they\u2019re behaved and in their place, fine. But the amount of dogs I see in Cafes, Grocery stores, etc. I\u2019m done. When did this become okay?
