As for revenue\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t think of it as a per track rate, that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not even how it works. The bottom line is, how much are people listening?<\/p>\n

And it turns out, like the rest of society, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mostly winner take all.<\/p>\n

But the truth is, instead of records going out of print, everything\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s there for everybody to discover, and especially on heritage artists, people do discover!<\/p>\n

However, the songwriters did get a bad deal with streaming, they need more points, but the damn labels won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t give them up!<\/p>\n
